    Description
    To support plant teams in executing Efficiency improvement projects called Productivity projects and reporting
    the savings coming from such projects.

    · Understand the ASU process in detail.

    · Support plant teams across South Asia in identifying new efficiency improvement projects (productivity projects).

    · Support plant teams across doing the benefit calculations and checking them before Finance approval.

    · Support plant teams across preparing the Capex file for Cost Reduction Capex projects.

    · Support plant teams in uploading the projects in Power Steering tool.

    · Checking & compiling the savings calculations at the month end and preparing the monthly productivity savings report.
