1. Conceptualizeand create eyecatching original and onbrand graphics for ourvarious social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedInetc.) including static images GIFs and short videocontent.
2. Collaborate closely with our contentcreators marketing strategists and other team members to ensurethat each visual asset aligns with our brand identity messaging andoverall campaign objectives.
3. Stay uptodate onthe latest social media trends design tools and best practicesconsistently bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to thetable.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneouslymeeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality andattention to detail.
5. Provide expert guidanceand mentorship to junior designers helping them hone their skillsand develop their craft.
6. Actively participatein brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of oursocial media strategy.
7. Continuously assess theperformance of our social media creatives using data and insightsto optimize and improve our visualcontent.

1. 23years of professional experience in graphic design with a proventrack record in creating exceptional social mediacontent
2. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop along witha strong working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programssuch as Illustrator and After Effects
3. Astunning portfolio showcasing your best social media graphicshighlighting your versatility andcreativity
4. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work well in ateamoriented environment
5. A keen eye for designtrends and a deep understanding of social media platform nuancesensuring that our content is always engaging andrelevant
6. Strong timemanagement andorganizational skills allowing you to juggle multiple projectswhile maintaining a laser focus on quality anddeadlines
