    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Plant HR to join our team. The AGM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at our manufacturing plants located at Baska and Padra.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic HR Planning:
    2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives and support the plant's operational needs.
    3. Collaborate with plant leadership to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
    4. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    5. Lead the plant's recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
    6. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the plant's culture and operations.
    7. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    8. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, trust, and mutual respect among employees and management.
    9. Address employee grievances and conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
    10. Compliance and HR Administration:
      ° Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity, and workplace safety.
      ° Coordinate and facilitate audits conducted by clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
      ° Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address audit findings and ensure continuous compliance.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 15years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations and organizational development.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
