Job Description:

1. Knowledge on Service Desk
2. Coordination with technicians on jobs schedule and update
3. Coordination with customers for the install service schedule
4. Tracking movement of RMA spares and panels to customers
5. Communication with other regions customers and sales team
6. Updating SOP in service desk

Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English is must)

2. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
