- Minimum of two end-to-end SAP implementations with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Predictive Asset Insights
- Asset Strategy and Performance Management
- Predictive Engineering Insights
- Mobile Asset Management
- Deep functional knowledge of maintenance processes:
- Maintenance Demand Processing
- Maintenance Planning
- Maintenance Execution
- Experience working with Network activities, WBS elements, and Work Packages.
- Expertise in Notifications, Order Status Management, Alerts, Workflows, and Tasks.
- Solid understanding of integration points with MM, PP, and FI modules.
- Ability to create and manage functional specifications for custom developments:
- Reports
- Conversions
- Interfaces
- User Exits
- Workflows
- Good working knowledge of Fiori apps related to PM/EAM.
- Strong reporting capabilities for operations, fault analysis, calibration, maintenance scheduling, and recordkeeping.
- Proven ability to map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools: LSMW, BDC, BAPI.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills to work with business and IT teams.
- SAP PM/EAM certification is desirable.
