    Divisional Sales Manager - Consumer Health


    POSITION PURPOSE:

    • Role will be responsible for development and implementation of HCP strategy for CH business and ensuring alignment with business strategy
    • To ensure coordination and alignment with trade team partners for customer centric business delivery
    • To develop & implement appropriate processes and operations to drive demand generation through ethical business practices in compliance with Bayer guidelines
    • To enable the HCP team to deliver profitable business growth by continuously guiding, mentoring and developing a culture of high performance and ensuring appropriate customer focus, team capability optimization and selling the right product mix
    • The incumbent will develop short and medium term strategies and business plans for the achievement of overall business objectives and provide leadership for implementation of same

    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure implementation of business plans through the HCP teams and deliver sustainable business growth through strong demand generation using HCP marketing in the zones.
    • Use market and product data and trends to establish sales goals, communicate them effectively, monitor effective deliveries of same and work
    • Track and record sales trends and other related data to improve supply and demand forecasts for leveraging profits
    • Collaborate with cross functional team members to develop consumer / customer / trade communication, identify geographies/ people for business efficiencies
    • Create, drive and sustain high performance culture and growth mindset among the team

    Engagement and retention of team:

    • Guide and motivate teams for performance
    - identify and groom potential talent and complete all people processes

    • Increase productivity of the team
    • On the job coaching of the team for enhanced capability
    • Work closely with the trade marketing team for effective customer management
    • Closely coordinate with other Divisional Sales Manager/s and implement synergistic sales strategies for overall business development

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Graduate / post graduate
    • People management and large Field Force handling experience is a must
    • Good understanding of Indian OTx/ Pharma industry through relevant experience
    • Strong HCP Sales & Marketing acumen
    • Excellent understanding of Doctor detailing and engagement activities
    • Solution oriented approach
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to leverage data for decision making required
    • Prior experience in Nutritional, Derma TAs preferred
    • Prior exposure to field work in Northern and Western India preferred
