FARE Labs Pvt Ltd, Gurugram, is searching for experienced candidates for Calibration Services for following positions:

1. Senior Marketing/Sales/Business Development Manager - 1

3. ⁠Marketing/Sales/Business Development Associates - 3

Job description:

The role involves conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. They are also required to coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion as a part of the overall departmental strategy. Coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Applies expertise to solve standard and non-standard problems within own area.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent preferred. With MBA degree will be given preference.

Working knowledge of metrology and calibration processes including understanding related domestic and international regulations is a must.

Minimum 5 years experience for Senior Manager, 3 years for Manager and 1 year for Associates.

Manages computer and network systems at a sophisticated level.

Manages financial resources within own area.

Ability to learn and understand new technologies.

⁠Ready to travel at least 3 weeks in a month for business generation.

⁠Proven track record of revenue generation.
