    Position: CA Qualified

    Location: BANGALORE

    Educational Qualifications: CA Qualified Experienced - 3-6 years / Pan India

    Experience: 2-5 years CA Pan India / Delhi/NCR

    Compensation (CTC): INR 6-8 LPA (compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications)

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a skilled Statutory Audit (Senior) who is a CA Qualified with 3-6 years of experience, or 2-5 years of experience as a CA in Pan India / Delhi/NCR, to join our team. The Statutory Audit (Senior) will be responsible for leading and executing the statutory audit engagements for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the audit team to ensure compliance with auditing standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and execute statutory audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases, in compliance with auditing standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
    2. Perform risk assessment and audit planning to identify key areas of risk and develop appropriate audit procedures.
    3. Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to assess the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
    4. Conduct audit procedures, including substantive testing, compliance testing, and internal control testing, to gather sufficient and appropriate audit evidence.
    5. Document audit procedures performed, findings, and conclusions in working papers and audit reports.
    6. Communicate effectively with clients, audit team members, and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide audit updates.
    7. Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations for improvement to clients and management, and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
    8. Assist in the development and implementation of audit programs, procedures, and tools to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
    9. Keep updated with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends, and provide training and updates to audit team members as needed.
    10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of audit-related information.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • CA qualified with 3-6 years of relevant experience in statutory audit, or CA qualified with 2-5 years of experience in Pan India / Delhi/NCR.
    • Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal controls.
    • Experience in leading and executing statutory audit engagements for clients across various industries.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
    • Proficient in audit planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, and internal control testing.
    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits with strict deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in audit documentation and reporting.
    • Ability to keep updated with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.
    • Professional certification such as DISA, CISA, or equivalent is preferred.
