    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Sales Engineer specializing in Metal Fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales within the engineering or manufacturing industry. The primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities:

    1. Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Chemical Process, Power, and allied Engineering Industries.
    2. Vendor Registrations: Facilitate new vendor registrations with existing and potential clients, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements and documentation.
    3. Product Portfolio Expansion: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential new products that align with our capabilities and customer needs. Introduce and integrate these new products into our existing portfolio.
    4. Introduction of New Products: Actively seek opportunities to introduce new products, including piping skids and related solutions, to expand our range and meet evolving industry demands.
    5. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
    6. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    7. Collaboration: Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
    8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the engineering or manufacturing industry, preferably in metal fabrication.
    • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and expanding product portfolios.
    • Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and related products.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
