KeyResponsibilities:

• Conductcomprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic tests to assesspatients vision and overall eye health
• Consultwith patients to discuss treatment options surgeries and potentialrisks
• Perform phacoemulsification surgeries toremove cataracts and restore patientsvision
• Manage preoperative and postoperativecare for surgical patients
• Document patientrecords and treatment plansaccurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinaryteams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Stayupdated with the latest advancements in ophthalmic surgerytechniques and technologies
• Provide patienteducation on postoperative care and lifestyleadjustments
• Adhere to medical ethics andstandards of patientconfidentiality
• Participate in continuousmedical education and professional developmentactivities

RequiredQualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
• Residency and fellowship training inOphthalmology
• Board certification inOphthalmology
• Licensure to practice as anOphthalmologist and perform surgeries
• Provenexperience in performing phacoemulsification surgeriesindependently
• Excellent handeye coordinationand surgical dexterity
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced clinicalenvironment
