Responsibilities:

Research Report Development:

• Spearhead the development of comprehensive research reports to guide investment strategies for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Research reports on fundamental and technical research.
• Produce research for BUY side institutions, analyzing market trends, economic data, and company fundamentals to provide actionable investment insights.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and mentoring of a team dedicated to portfolio design and research publication.
• Ensure the quality and precision of research outputs by providing expert guidance and direction to the team.

Primary Point of Contact:

• Serve as the key liaison for all matters related to model portfolios and research for proprietary business, including PMS, Research Analysis, and domestic institutions.
• Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external clients to comprehend research demands and customize solutions accordingly.

Client Engagement:

• Deliver research reports and strategic insights to domestic institutions, Clients to aid their investment processes.
• Engage directly with clients to capture their requirements and preferences, guaranteeing the prompt delivery of tailored research solutions.
• Assist clients in enhancing their existing investment portfolios through customized reports and strategic recommendations.

Digital Marketing Collaboration:

• Contribute ideas and content to the digital marketing team for the creation of promotional materials that reflect the latest research findings.
• Ensure that marketing strategies are closely aligned with research insights to improve client engagement and brand exposure.

Requirements:

• Hold a Post graduate or equivalent degree in finance, economics, or related fields.
• Possess mandatory certifications including NISM for Research Analyst, and Investment Advisor, with specific requirement for NISM Research Analyst Certification.
• Bring a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in leading a research team, ideally within a PMS, Research Analyst environment.
• Demonstrable proficiency with financial research tools .
• Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex concepts.
• A deep understanding of regulatory compliance relevant to the financial sector.
• A proven ability to lead research teams and deliver top-quality research reports.
• Analytical acumen with meticulous attention to detail and precise interpretation of market data and trends.

Additional Qualification:

• Entry-level candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the other specified requirements.
