Jobdescription:As a FinishingSite Engineer at Isprava you will be responsible for ensuring thetimely completion of construction projects while adhering to budgetand quality standards. Your key responsibilities willinclude:

• Reviewing and reporting onproject schedules to ensure ontime completion and adherence tobudget
• Conducting construction technicalevaluations to ensure execution as per Ispravas qualitystandards
• Creating periodic reports forassigned projects and addressing any potential roadblocks witheffective solutions
• Identifying snags guidingcontractors and resolving site issues quickly andeffectively
• Coordinating with construction andproject managers design managers contractors and laborers asnecessary
• Driving initiatives to improveprocesses build efficiencies and actively participate in learningand development initiatives
• Living the valuesof Isprava and contributing to the organizationsculture

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E/BtechCivil
• 46 years of experience inexecution/finishing work with knowledge of handing over aproject
• Experience in villa/apartmentsconstruction.
