    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share in the Mahbubnagar region of Telangana, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target sales goals in the assigned area
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales performance
    • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to maximize their productivity
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track and analyze sales performance
    • Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, gather feedback, and address any issues
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products and services
    • Stay updated with industry developments and provide insights and recommendations to management
