    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Business Head-Sales /VP to lead our Contract Logistics sales team and drive business growth.
    • Should have minimum years in Business Development /Sales experience in 3PL &
    • Contract Logistics Industry. Must have good PnL understanding to support the execution team.
    • Should be confident and comfortable to take up an Individual Contributors role with shared teams support.
    • Must have experience in driving the top line.
    • Goal oriented seasoned Sales Professional with expertise in improving revenue, negotiating with large corporates to generate business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Forecasting & Scenario Analysis
    • Handling P&L for Enterprise Consumer Business.
    • Pitching CXO`s, Supply Chain Head`s & Ecommerce Heads on Warehousing & Last
    • Mile Solutions. Management
    • Strategic Alliances & Cost Model and Distribution model Partnerships Solution Selling and also Add new categories to the business portfolio
    • Helping brands build online presence & grow their digital business by understanding their vision & strategy
    • Client Acquisition and channels sales management
    • Leading a team of Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers and Business Development Team.
    • Designing & executing sales strategies to achieve segmentwise targeted sales volumes.
    • Efficient in Customer Relationship and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement sales training programs
    • Building a robust business development function to track potential customers and effective competitor mapping to increase market share.
    • The candidates should have very knowledge of Contract Logistics Services, solution selling.
    • The candidate should possess good networking skills to identify business opportunities, participating in industry events/conclave/exhibitions etc.
    • RFQ/RFP/RFO/Tender management.
    Required skillset

    1) Graduate (Premier Institute) with 15-20 years work experience OR Post Graduate (Premier Institute) with 10-15 years' work exp.

    2) Prior experience in Contract Logistics (preferably in Warehousing Fulfillment / Logistics)

    3) 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in contract logistics.

    4) Deep understanding of the contract logistics industry and its key trends

    5) Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

    6) Highly motivated, task oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    7) Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews

    8) Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
