    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting.
    • Attend regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
    • Participate in the design phase of application interfaces, functionalities, and databases to ensure seamless integration.
    • Write efficient SQL queries and store procedures to optimize database performance.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and establish a Definition of Done.
    • Stay updated on the latest Java-based technologies and share knowledge with the team to enhance skills.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience developing applications using Java/JEE.
    • Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
    • Familiarity with Spring MVC, Struts, or JSF is preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, and Web Services development.
    • Knowledge of JBus is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with J2EE design patterns is beneficial.
    • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented methodologies and coding practices.
    • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases.
    • Experience with source control tools like SVN and GIT.
    • Hands-on experience with Project Management tools like JIRA, Redmine, and Trello.
    • High level of personal commitment to each task and a drive to deliver results.
    • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
    • Effective communication skills to interact at all levels.
