    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Podar Education Network. As the Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our educational institutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Master's degree in Management is preferred.
    • 7-10 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the education sector
    • Strong knowledge of facility management, transportation management, and security management
    • Experience in budget management and financial accountability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
    • Familiarity with local government processes and government liaison activities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
    • Implement and maintain administrative systems, policies, and procedures
    • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and security
    • Manage transportation logistics for students and staff
    • Coordinate with local government and handle government liaison activities
    • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial accountability
    • Collaborate with school management to support their administrative needs
    • Ensure student safety and implement safety protocols
    • Handle any other administrative tasks as required
