Location - Chennai- Maraimalai Nagar ( vilwaa Tech Enablers private Limited ) (WFO-Night shift)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduates eligible.
• Candidates looking to build a career in HR.
• Good communication skills.
• To work night shifts with fixed timing and week-offs.
• Interest in HR functions and a strong commitment to learning and growth.
• Must have sourcing experience in stand-up calls environment
• Exposure on Taxation terms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resumes from diverse channels, including job boards, and compile a shortlist of potential qualified candidates.
• with potential qualified candidates and evaluate them through a phone-screening process.
• vetted candidates, who meet the qualifications, to the end client for consideration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• years of experience in U.S. recruitment.
• English communication, both verbal and written.
