    Description

    We are looking for a skilled tele caller with technical knowledge and one year of experience in outbound calling. As a tele caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, and persuade them to make a purchase. You will also handle customer queries and complaints, and update customer information in the database.

    To be successful as a tele caller, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as technical education qualification. You should also be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets. You should be familiar with relevant computer programs and telephone systems, and have a good knowledge of our products and services.

    Tele caller duties and responsibilities:

    Studying the details of each product and service and staying updated with any changes or updates

    Obtaining and updating lists of potential and existing customers' contact details

    Calling customers to inform them about our products and services and persuade them to make a purchase

    Answering customers' questions about products, prices, features, benefits, etc.

    Asking customers to provide feedback on products and services

    Directing customers to the technical support team when needed

    Entering and updating customer information in the database accurately

    Processing orders and payments in a timely manner

    Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.

    Reporting to the sales manager and providing feedback on sales performance.

    Tele caller requirements and skills:

    Technical education qualification or equivalent

    One year of experience in outbound calling or tele sales

    Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

    Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely

    Ability to persuade and influence customers

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Ability to handle rejection and stress

    Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and telephone systems

    Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
