Job Description:
Ment Tech Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 & Blockchain Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Indore, India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering blockchain and Web3 projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee Web3 and blockchain projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.2. Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of blockchain solutions.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and technologies for specific projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.3. Stakeholder
Communication:
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.
Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Perform regular testing and quality checks to identify and address any technical issues.
Implement best practices for secure and efficient blockchain development.5. Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technologies.
Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, such as smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot is highly desirable.
