    Profile- Business Development Manager

    Job Role- As a Business Development Manager the candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth for the company. They will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and a proven track record of success in business development.

    Job Location- Indore

    Full Time (on site)

    5 Days working

    Eligibility- Minimum 2+ years experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Lead the development and execution of business development plans and initiatives.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress toward goals.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, and sales preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of technology and IT solutions, bidding, and Lead Generation with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven experience on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Linkedin.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
