Hiring for Tele Sale/ Tele Caller
Location: Remote
Education: UG/PG
Salary: Up to 20k
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various sources, including cold calling, email outreach, and database research.
2.. Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their career goals and educational needs, and provide personalized guidance on the most suitable courses and programs.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations over the phone to articulate the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
4. Closing Sales: Skillfully navigate objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, track customer interactions, and follow up with leads as needed.
6. Market Feedback: Gather and relay valuable feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and provide support to ensure a cohesive and productive sales team.
Qualifications:
1. Previous Min- 1 Year to 2 Years Tele Sales or sales experience is preferred (Must have core sales Experience) Industry open. Preferred EdTech/Education/Counselling
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
5. Enthusiastic about career development and education.
6. Education: Any UG/PG
7. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their career.
