    Responsibilities:


    1. Proven Track Record: Successfully closed $50K+ deals independently within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.


    2. Developer Tools / Infra Expertise: Deep understanding of the DevTools ecosystem, including familiarity with key financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPA, ARR, and MRR.


    3. BFSI Market Experience: Previous experience working within the BFSI market, demonstrating proficiency in sales strategies tailored to this market.


    4. Variable Pay Understanding: Appreciation of the significance of variable pay structures, including uncapped commission, in motivating sales performance.


    5. Global Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate across time zones, recognizing the importance of teamwork in achieving sales objectives.


    6. End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the entire sales process from opportunity identification to product demonstration and contract negotiation, ultimately closing deals.


    7. Product Demonstration: Master the Whatfix platform and effectively showcase its value proposition to potential customers.


    8. Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.


    9. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM.


    Qualification:


    1. Enterprise Sales Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in an enterprise sales role with a focus on closing deals, totaling 3 to 5 years of overall experience.
