- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and custom connectors.
- Integrate Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft and thirdparty applications, databases, and services.
- Design and implement complex automation scenarios, including desktop automation, data manipulation, and integration with external systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams on best practices for Power Automate development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects on time and within budget.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Microsoft Power Platform technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of automation solutions to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Document technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and integration.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing solutions using the Azure Power platform, especially Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Power Automate capabilities, including desktop automation, connectors, expressions, and error handling.
- Experience with Power Apps development and customization.
- Proficiency in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Teams Apps development.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL Database).
- Programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell are desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
