Job Description:
Should have good knowledge of Office 365 Portal.
Knowledge and hands on experience on Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint Online and One Drive
Troubleshoot and guide on outlook / owa/ Sharepoint, Teams and one drive issues.
Knowledge of directory sync.
Good knowledge of powershell for exchange online, Sharepoint online and Teams.
Must be aware of different licensing and user roles of office 365.
Knowledge of gateway, integration of third party software with exchange will be advantage.
Should be aware with the federation of Teams.
Should be aware of the ITIL Process of Incident and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
In depth Office 365 Administration experience.
Experience of troubleshooting various issues of office 365.
Experience Practical experience in troubleshooting exchange scenarios.
Good knowledge of office reporting tools and message tracking. .
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Technical documentation skills:
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Work Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in exchange and office 365.
Experience must have been gained in a production environment
Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts.
Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes
Be flexible in the work and platforms worked on.
