Responsibilities:

Work closelywith teams such as marketing and product to understandorganizational goals product updates and markettrendsDevelopment and Delivery of TrainingPrograms: Design and deliver comprehensivetraining programs covering various aspects including productknowledge objection handling and salesprocesses

Creation and Maintenance ofResources:
Develop and maintain a repositoryof collateral presentations playbooks and other resources toempower and support the team

Facilitation ofMeetings and Workshops:
Coordinate andconduct regular meetings and workshops to reinforce trainingconcepts share best practices and encourage collaboration amongteam members

OnboardingAssistance:
Play a key role in theonboarding process for new team members ensuring a seamlesstransition and providing effectivetraining

Performance Monitoring andImprovement:
Regularly assess theeffectiveness of training programs gather feedback and analyzeperformance metrics to make continuousimprovements

Feedback Gathering and ProcessImprovement:
Actively seek insights andfeedback from the team to identify areas for improvement in salesprocesses tools and resources

IndustryAwareness:
