    As an Inside Sales Consultant at Y-Axis, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and sales efforts. With over 1+ Lakh enquiries each month, you will be responsible for counselling potential customers who are seeking overseas education or immigration services. Your primary focus will be on understanding their requirements, providing expert advice, and selling our services through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. By effectively articulating the value of our services and addressing customer queries, you will guide customers in making educated decisions and help them navigate the immigration and visa application process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, effectively counselling them on overseas education and immigration services through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Provide expert advice on available overseas options, helping candidates and their families make informed decisions based on their preferences and goals.
    • Stay updated with current immigration and visa laws and policies, offering clear and accurate information to customers.
    • Conduct fair and neutral evaluations of candidates' profiles, objectively assessing their qualifications and chances of success.
    • Develop personalized global career strategies tailored to customers' individual needs and aspirations.
    • Ensure excellent customer service by proactively responding to queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa requirements.
    • Meet assigned targets for customer acquisition, revenue generation, and other relevant metrics by setting clear goals and executing effective sales strategies.
    • Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex information concisely, while actively listening to customer needs.
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Comfortably use computers, the internet, and online communication tools for efficient interactions with customers.
    • Display a sales-oriented and target-driven attitude, actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
