    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage social media page health of multiple channels within the network through daily content creation in collaboration with Graphic Designers/Video Editors.
    • Day-to-day coordination with the brand marketing teams for creative & strategic approvals, curation of assets and publishing actions.
    • Build social media strategies for new launches, show IPs and platform initiatives from time to time.
    • Contribute cross functionally and identify potential areas of improvement with ideas and insights on social media trends, pop culture milestones and data analysis.
    • Contribute to building an effective community through daily ORM drives and ensure that there is always a two-way communication.
    • Work with other Assistance Managers and Managers within OptimiZee but not limited to and contribute to brainstorming new ideas for fresh initiatives.
    • Work with the OAP & Graphic Design teams of respective channels being managed and guide them on creation of digital assets and potentially viral content.
    • Create weekly/monthly reports to track growth and alignment with KPIs and be willing to course correct if need be.
    • Contribute to the larger picture of brand awareness through effective community engagement on all social media platforms.

    Key Requirements:

    • A thorough understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).
    • A consumer of social media content and trends.
    • A thorough understanding of social media formats and their significance in the dynamic world of online content (Long format video content, short format video content, in-feed Vs. Stories).
    • Understanding of audiences that exist within each social media platform.
    • A keen interest in Hindi and English movies/shows.
    • Basic understanding of social media insight & publishing tools.
    • One who keeps up with pop culture trends but not limited to and is quick to think of snackable micro-content creation on the go.
    • Social media agency experience would be a plus.
