Description

• Having experience in Electrical and Electronics equipment's Production / Assembly line. Like LV VFD Panel's, MV VFD Panels, Drive / PBCA Assembly, LV / MV Switchgear, EV Charges, Pitch System, Control Cabinets, EV Test Bench, BESS etc.,
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line / providing recommendations, training.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering / production / sharing knowledge with co-workers.
• Analyzing all facets of production / making recommendations for improvement.
• Obtaining any materials / equipment required.
• Material and manpower planning based on Production target.
• To improve the Production and assembly process
• To implement the new tools / machines to improve productivity.
• Good level of coordination and communication with inter departments.
• Coordinate with cross functional team members to update about the project shortages and communicate to the assembly department.
• Should be a liaising partner for the panel vendor, system integrators and manage team by making them adhere to work instructions.
• Resolve the issues related to production / quality.
• Monitor all ISO / Safety related activities and with suppliers/Team.

• B.E/B. Tech with EEE or ECE preferable, and/or any equivalent qualification with meeting above JD candidate also will be considered.
• 12-15 Years experience is required.
• Experience in ERP/SAP/ORACLE/Microsoft Dynamics
• Local Language – Tamil, English, Kannada, Hindi (will be an added advantage).
