    Overview:

    The TalentAcquisition Executive plays a crucial role in identifyingattracting and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffingneeds. They are responsible for developing and implementingeffective sourcing and recruitment strategies to acquire the bestcandidates for various roles within thecompany.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and executerecruitment plans and strategies.
    • Sourcepotential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platformsand professional networks).
    • Network and buildlongterm relationships with past and potentialcandidates.
    • Conduct interviews using variousreliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filtercandidates.
    • Assess applicants relevantknowledge skills soft skills experience andaptitudes.
    • Coordinate with department managersto forecast future hiring needs.
    • Track andreport key recruitment metrics for continuousimprovement.
    • Manage and maintain candidatedatabases and talent pipelines.
    • Collaboratewith HR teams to design and update job descriptions and jobspecifications.
    • Utilize HR analytics tooptimize talent acquisitionstrategies.
    • Participate in employment eventssuch as job fairs and career fairs.
    • Stayuptodate with current recruiting methods including advancedsourcing techniques.
    • Build the companysprofessional network through relationships with HR professionalscolleges and other partners.
    • Provide insightsand suggestions for continuous improvement of the talentacquisitionprocess.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield.
    • Demonstrable experience in fullcyclerecruiting and employing various sourcingstrategies.
    • Strong understanding of recruitmentprocesses and best practices.
    • Knowledge of HRsystems database management and human resourcesmetrics.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in usingapplicant tracking systems(ATS).
