- Identify and engage with target clients for AV (Audio-Video and Video Conferencing Solutions) to qualify and capture opportunities to build new relationships.
- Prioritize opportunities across functional groups within the client organization.
- Identify and influence key decision-makers at client organizations to drive account success.
- Understand and communicate Companys value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals with new business clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support effective client onboarding.
- Lead up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth within key accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience in AV industry 3-4 years minimum, Total experience over 5 years
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
