    JD: - IT Manager - Microsoft Platform, Network, and O365 Administration

    We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic IT- Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, solid customer service experience, a positive drive, a strong sense of ownership, and a strong team partnership.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Platform Management: Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services. Administer Office 365 components including Office applications, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, ADDS, and Planner. Experience in Managing Azure/AWS infrastructure. Ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of the Microsoft technology stack. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

    2. Network Infrastructure: Manage and optimize the organization's networking infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliable communication. Collaborate with networking professionals to maintain robust, scalable, and secure network architecture.

    3. CrowdStrike EDR and XDR Integration: Collaborate with security teams to leverage Falcon Complete effectively.

    4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Microsoft and networking infrastructure. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the team.

    5. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the continuous improvement and evolution of Microsoft and networking platforms, as well as the adoption of new technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals.

    6. Technology Upgrades and Integration: Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft, networking, and technologies, as well as industry trends. Plan and execute upgrades and integrations to enhance the organization's use of these platforms.

    7. Incident Management and Resolution: Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    8. Capacity Planning: Conduct regular capacity assessments for infrastructure, hardware, and software to anticipate and address growing demands. Implement scalability solutions as required.

    9. Audit & Compliance: Collaborate with the Audit & Compliance team to keep the department audit ready.

    10. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration and communication through platforms like Teams, ensuring optimal utilization across the organization. Facilitate secure communication through the networking infrastructure.

    11. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Microsoft, CrowdStrike, and other relevant vendors. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and stay informed about updates and enhancements.

    12. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to Microsoft, networking, and other platforms. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

    Required Skills and Qualifications –

    Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.

    Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based infrastructure, networking, and security technologies. - Strong leadership and team management skills.

    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking, and endpoint security solutions.

    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, CrowdStrike Certified Professional), ITIL, Cisco would be advantageous.

    6+ years' experience in a systems administrator role.
