    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:-

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Coordinate and review annual audits and tax filings.
    • Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
    • Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry trends.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, is highly preferred
    • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
    • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
    • Good leadership and team management abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
