You will get to work closely with theOperations team on the aspects of investment operations on Klubsmarketplace and get the firsthand experience in building andmaintaining a techenabled operations and disbursement suite for anew age financing model. Youll get oneonone mentoring and guidanceas well as the opportunity to be a part of a lean earlystageteam.
Responsibilities:

• Liaisewith internal risk and business development teams to closeinvestment post internal approvals.
• Buildrelationships and work with external parties like ourfintech/payment gateway/bankingpartners.
• Understand the process forinvestments across different products and liaise with capitalpartners.
• Maintain live transaction activitydashboards for the senior management.
• Maintainweekly reports for our lendingpartners.
• Monitor the operations turnaroundtimes and escalate as necessary if TATs are flagging based onidentified indicators.
• Ensure TAT on investmentops while improving the disbursement experience for allstakeholders.

Requirements:

• 24yrs of experience in operations in the banking/NBFC/fintechindustry.
• Experience in taking ownership andhandling collections end to end.
• Excellentverbal and written Englishcommunication.
• Strong understanding of MSExcel.
• Strong tech mindset and ability to workon a techenabledinfrastructure.
• Accounting/Financedegree.
• Experience in creating reports andanalytics dashboards.
• Prior CS background ispreferred.
