    You are someone who thrives on the challenge of analyzing business requirements to align with strategic goals and is eager to:

    • eager to learn the intricacies of analyzing and improving customer and GMV retention metrics.
    • Manage cross-functional projects that enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop skills in building and analyzing interactive dashboards using advanced tools like LookerStudio.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Business Requirement Analysis: a. Understand and analyze business requirements to align operations with strategic goals. b. Work closely with various teams to gather and interpret operational needs.
    2. Dashboard Development:
    3. SQL Querying: Write SQL queries to extract relevant data from databases.
    4. Dashboard Design: Use tools like LookerStudio to create interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights into business operations.
    5. Retention Analysis and Optimization:
    6. Defining Key Retention Metrics: Establish and track key metrics related to customer and GMV retention.
    7. Segmentation and Trend Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of retention data across different segments and over time to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
    8. Cohort Analysis: Conduct cohort studies to understand the behavior of different groups over time, especially focusing on retention and churn rates.
    9. Insights and Recommendations: Develop actionable insights based on retention analyses and suggest strategies to improve retention rates.
    10. Process Improvement Initiatives:
    11. Operational Efficiency: Analyze current operations to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
    12. Implementation of Recommendations: Assist in the implementation of process changes and monitor the impact on overall business operations.
    13. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    14. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of operational strategies with broader business goals.
    15. Project Management: Participate in or lead cross-functional projects that aim to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
