    About the Internship:

    We are looking for young and dynamic Market Research Analyst Interns to perform internet-based primary and secondary research to identify key prospective customer accounts, their companies, their challenges, solutions that can be offered, competitor analysis, and digital initiatives in their roadmap.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare consolidated Customer Databases using tools like Inside View, Zoom Info, D&B, Linkedin, and other forms of internet-based research, categorized under industry segments and the size of the company in terms of revenue.
    • Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
    • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers interests in areas of Digital Transformation.
    • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis on identified key accounts using primary and secondary research.
    • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
    • Use online market research and catalog findings to databases
    • Work with the Sales team and the Management to identify key opportunities for a prospective account and create the right messaging research to generate interest
    • Remain fully informed on technology market trends, and other parties' research, and implement best practices
    • Requirements
    • Should be willing to come to the office
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
    • Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
    • Familiarity with CRM programs
    • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking
    • Is available for a period of 8-12 weeks
    • Should have a working laptop with an internet connection and a mobile device
