    We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven sales professional to drive sales growth by identifying and converting leads into customers. The primary objective of this role is to build strong client relationships and promote high-quality drilling equipment and solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
    • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their drilling equipment needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting drilling equipment, tools, and related services.
    • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's drilling equipment portfolio, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate product recommendations and seamless order fulfillment.
    • Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
    • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, MBA or a related field.
    • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the drilling, oil & gas, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
    • Proficiency in CRM Microsoft Office Suite.
