    Location:
    Mumbai or Gurgaon


    Experience Required:
    At least, 3-5 years in selling products/solutions to Banks, MutualFunds, NBFC's etc.


    Academic Qualification:
    CA/MBA Principal.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company's objectives and revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and markets in BFSI (Banks, NBFC, Insurance, AMCs, AIFs MFIs etc.) and corporate segments – including products aligned with technology adoption in this space.
    • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Demonstrate strong growth in new client business.
    • Ensure client stickiness and create climate for generating repeat business from existing clients.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adaption.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organization's goals and strategy.
    • Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of pricing strategies and sales policies.
    • Represent ICRA at industry events, conferences, to promote our products and services.
    • Meet multiple clients in the given region during the day and travel extensively as per business requirements.
    • Ensure building healthy pipeline for generating the revenue as per business requirements

    Job Skills Required:

    • Excellent understanding of the BFSI/MF/Fixed Income products including structured products like MLD/ELD and Derivatives/Risk
    • Good understanding of current regulations in BFSI space including for FinTech's
    • Excellent client and relationship management skills
    • Should have prior rich experience in selling to Banks, NBFC, Insurance, AMCs, AIFs MFIs etc. as well as to Corporates.
    • Solution selling skills/expertise.
    • Ability to write and review Proposals for participating in RFPs/RFQs etc.
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Basic understanding of the current prevailing technologies

    • Strong ideation and analytical skills
    • Ability to handle sales pressure.
