    Commercial Activities

    • GST
    • Purchase Data on Monthly Basis in GSTR2
    • Checking online portal for GST Input Credit
    • Monthly Sale Report in GSTR1 Format in HO
    • Details of RCM Report to be submitted in HO
    • Maintain the Record of Advance Licenses seeing with Import Stock and Export
    • GST
    Input Invoice should be maintain in Factory with details on Monthly Basis for Department Audit

    • Documentation related to Export
    • Arrangement of Container through CHA & Forwarders
    • Export Incentive follow up through CHA


    • MIS

    • Assisting DGM Commercial and Accounts in various licenses related to GST, DGFT, MOEF, Custom, GST, DRI, DGCI, etc. and share the compliance report with the management and commercial head on a monthly basis.
    • Ensure that all government compliances are adhered to and a report is made and shared with a proper checklist on a monthly basis
    Benefits and Schemes -

    Assisting DGM Commercial and Accounts in all government schemes, exemptions and Benefits are utilized by the company to the fullest

    Logistics Management


    • Do monthly/fortnightly/weekly and daily planning for all logistics
    • Sign annual contracts at favorable rates with logistics companies for both domestic and international
    • Liaising with the plant to ensure that all the logistics are taken care of
    Commercial Optimization - Review and monitor the tracking of various import/export related shipments for gauging the financial implication and suggest proactive measures

    • Responsible for negotiating efficient and favorable contracts with domestic and international logistics companies
    • Ensuring that all the benefits of the government schemes are availed by the company and no government benefit goes unused
    • Control of complete inventory at the plant and at the HO and ensuring its regular audit

    People Management:

    • Recruit, train, motivate and develop a highly potent team to ensure they achieve their targets and are ready for the future expansion.
    • To ensure that the team is well equipped to deal with all issues, if not use training, knowledge updating, new hiring or hiring of consultants to achieve the objectives
