- Quoting rates to the customer.
- Negotiated rates with carriers for air shipments on behalf of clients.
- Booking cargo with the airline as per customer requirement.
- Handling all different types of shipment for booking purposes e.g. General cargo,
- Coordinating with the Airline for space confirmation. And notify consignees/customers of freight arrival.
- Fulfilling shipper/ consignee's requirements. E.g. need a particular arrival date for the shipment.
- Solving and keeping records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinating with Booking Team and Operations team
