We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing land acquisition opportunities across India.

1. IDentify and source land acquisition opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and mall developments sectors.
2. Drive business development initiatives by building strategic partnerships with real estate funds, institutional investors, and IPCs.

You will execute land acquisition deals through outright purchase or joint development agreements. Lead negotiations and coordinate legal financial due diligence processes ensuring timely closures aligning with company strategy.
