    Description

    Responsibilities :

    Dynamics 365 CE Implementation :

    • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

    Customisation and Configuration :

    • Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to align with clients' specific business processes.
    • Develop and implement solutions to address complex business requirements using outofthebox functionalities and custom code when necessary.

    Integration :

    • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
    Collaborate with integration specialists to implement and optimise data exchange processes.


    Plugin and Workflow Development :

    • Develop and deploy plugins and workflows to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom code and workflows.

    Data Migration :

    • Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CE.
    • Validate and cleanse data during migration processes.

    Training and Support :

    • Provide training to endusers and client stakeholders on the use of Dynamics 365 CE.
    • Offer ongoing technical support and resolve any issues related to the Dynamics 365 CE implementation.

    Requirements :

    • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant or similar role.
    • Indepth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, configuration, and customisation capabilities.
    • Strong programming skills, including experience with :
    • C#
    • JavaScript
    • FetchXML
    • HTML/CSS
    • Experience with plugin and workflow development in Dynamics 365 CE.
    • Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
