Jobduties:
Local processowner for NPI NSI CPI and cost reductionprocesses.

Ownportfolio and oversee execution of NSI NPI CPI cost reduction andstrategy projects ensuring time cost quality and customer valuetargets are established andmet.

Lead large NSI& CPI projects to ensure they are on time within budget andaligned with the product strategy. Assist inprioritizing NSI / CPI projects based on enterprise impact andobjectives.
Collaborate closely with Core Component USbased section leads onproject execution.
Identify and execute improvement opportunities that exist acrosseach of the different processes and executing strategies to addressthem. Coach andmentor technical staff on NPI NSI CPI and cost reduction processesfor the team.
Support program project plans as part of traditional productdevelopment cycles.
Participate and present program status of the design to key stakeholders and seniorleadership.
BasicQualificationsBachelor s degree in engineering with 8 years of relevant workexperience progressively responsible jobrelated experience aretypically required.

Minimum of 2 years of component design or validationexperience Goodfunctional knowledge on Core Engine Components system &subsystems Previousworking knowledge of NSI NPI and CPIprocess Stronginterpersonal skills leadership qualities and demonstratedexcellent communicationskills Demonstratedability to troubleshoot component failures while under tighttimeline and customerpressures.

Selfstarter with good multitasking skills to optimize and deliverdesired results under challenging requirements of quality cost(development and product) andtimelinesProgram/project management and strong organizationalskillsTopCandidates Will AlsoHave Experienceleading NTI NPI or CPI projects with provenresults.

Previousexperience with core engine components or engine subsystems.
