We are looking for a Sales Manager based out of India to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets for specific territories and industrial sectors in India. To be successful in this role, you should have previous 5 – 8 yearsâ€TM experience of managing the sales of products such as membranes, water or waste water treatment plants, dairy equipments etc. in industrial sectors, while taking accountability for reaching targets. Our ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our companyâ€TMs success in the long run.

Responsibilities:

  • Create regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual business numbers.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase business effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar sales role selling industrial products / projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of various industrial sectors and verticals, end users, OEMs and consultants.
  • Knowledge of dairy sector would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Should be a team player.
  • B. Tech in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or similar background.
