Essential Responsibilities:
-Responsible for training and onboarding of new project managers to the Company's processes and tools.
-Accountable for continuously improving the SDLC, ways of working, and project management tools and templates.
-Ensure consistent execution within the group for demand management, resource planning, and project management.
-Produce monthly scorecards for the PMO and leverage the data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Provide support for the portfolio review and IT steering committee processes.
-Develop and maintain training and reference materials.
-Act as a subject matter expert to the Project Management team related to Microsoft Project and project management methodologies.


Essential / Technologies:
-Project Management Professional certification
-Experience working with US retail companies and building US business domain knowledge.
-Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner
-Scrum certification and experience


Good to Have Skills / Technologies:
-Azure Dev Ops or comparable tool
