  • Job Requirements :
    Key Responsibilities : 1: The resource would be responsible for troubleshooting Apple Mac related issues and queries2: He/She would test and deploy new policies and applications on Mac platform3: The resource would be Tier 3 POC from India for Apple Mac4: He/she would perform testing and certifying new Apple Mac OS5: He/she would perform JamF polices testing6: Provide guidance and assistance with Mac software distributions and patch management
    Technical Experience : 1: 3-4 years hands on Apple Mac OS2: 1-2 years of hands on experience on JamF Pro Apple management toolkit3: He/She should have strong knowledge on Service Management Incident and Change Management4 Should posses strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
    Professional Attributes : 1: Inter-cultural awareness working in a geographically dispersed environment across time zones and cultures2: Strong English written / verbal communication skills3: Self-motivated individual, ability to work autonomously without direct supervision4: Flexible with work hours
    Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related field or equivalent experience
    Additional Information : 1: Understanding of Accenture IT organization Ability to quickly adapt to changes and quickly lear
