Your contribution areas- The key responsibility of this role is to be based out of the allocated channel partner branch and build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner- You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to building a continuous interaction with sales team of channel partners and achieving sales target through effective sales pitch, prospecting new customers- You will communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications- You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as per organizations strategy.- You are required to support the channel partner pre and post sales (claim settlement etc.).- Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer relationship.- This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and channel partner location.- You are required to uphold high organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity.You will excel in this job if you haveBusiness Skills If you have - the ability to network and maintain excellent channel partner relationship, have strong sales orientation and the ability to convert leads into sales to generate revenue and achieve business sales targets, you are a good fit for the roleLife insurance sales and understanding of domain is certainly criticalEducation backgroundGraduate * within the age group of 25- 35 yearsWork experience Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience preferably in BFSI/Pharma/FMCG/ Consumer Durables/IT&ITES* In case of Undergraduate, minimum work experience is 2 yearsCompetenciesWorking DependablyTeam OrientationInterpersonal Presence and PersuasionSales orientation and driveCustomer Service OrientationEagerness to Learn
