Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as Apparel/Garment Industry HR & Admin 4-5 years of experience in Garment manufacturing and well versed with factory & Blue-Collar employees HR requirements Experience in IR matters, labour union, disciplinary matters & legal matters Sound knowledge of HR policies and practices, various SOPs and implementation Experience in end-to-end statutory compliance and audits An analytical mind with problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills Proficiency with computers, especially in MS Office is a must!! Human Resource, Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Management Manage end to end HR functions for the apparel manufacturing unit. Drive key HR processes like Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development etc Oversee time office, attendance, absenteeism, leave management Process Pay Roll, PF, ESI and statutory deductions & payments Ensure compliances under the Factory Act, PF, ESI, Labour, PT and other statutory matters. Manage Employee Relations, IR, discipline & welfare matters. Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. Staffing, Formulation of Policy-Recruitment, Leave, Annual Increment, Attendance Bonus, /Procedures- SOP (Standing Operating Procedure), Employees Handbook, Code of Conduct, Office Etiquettes such as Dress Code etc /Manuals or Guidelines--Employees Professional Efficiency Test & Salary Structure (Source Minimum Wages Gazette), etc, Statutory & Social Compliance Maintain & update various documents & records, submission of periodical returns under the Factory Act, PF, ESI and other labour legislations Liaison with Factory Inspectorate, Labour Dept., PF, ESI and other Govt/Statutory departments. Licencing, Approval and Renewal of various statutory requirements. Ensure Statutory /Social compliances, maintain their records and documentation. Ensure labour law practices, uniform social compliance and human right standards Oversee employees Health & Hygiene, Safety & Security; Employee and Labour-Management Relations Manage Inspections & audits by various Apparel buyers and take all Corrective action General Administration Oversee general admin functions like transport, canteen, security, housekeeping services Payment of Utility Bills. Maintenance and service agreements and essential services. To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders, labour union, industry associations to ensure smooth operation
