Role:Telco Cloud SDN NFV Professional

Location: Hyderabad / Anyoffshore location

Experience Range: 10 -18 Yrs

Must – Have:

Mandatory (must-have):

·Good knowledge & understanding of Telco NFVstandards like ETSI MANO, 3GPP, IETF, ONF, MEF etc.

·Network Service Design understanding: NetworkService Descriptors (NSD) and Virtual Network Function Descriptors (VNFD). Day0, Day 1, and Day N requirements.

·Experience with VNF’s/CNFs such as firewall,SBC, router, load-balancer, SIP/IMS Server, Core network functions such SessionManagement Functions, AMF, UPF and SD-WAN.

·Familiarization with hypervisor technologies andsoftware for building and managing virtualized services: OpenStack, VMWare,Linux, RedHat, and public clouds

·Strong 3 to 5+ years hands-on experience on atleast two or more of the following domains -

oOrchestrators- Open Source Mano (OSM), ONAP, Cloudify, Ciena Blueplanet, Nokia Cloud band,Ericsson Cloud manager etc.

oVIM's- OpenStack other other VIM's

oContainerization- Kubernetes, Docker, microservices models for telco cloud workloads includingbut not limited to mobile core – 4G and/or 5G

oSDNControllers - OpenDayLight, ONOS, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, Juniper Contrail etc.

·Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience innetwork engineering technologies and standards like L2, L3, TCP/IP, VPNs,routing, switching protocols, MEF, mainstream network OEM platforms like Cisco,Juniper, Alcatel/Nokia etc.

·Familiarity with common traditional networkmanagement tools including CLI, SNMP & SSH

·Understanding of basic network design,deployment & operations preferably for telco networks

·Basic knowledge & interworking of telcoworkloads – 4G / 5G networks in a virtualized environment.

Good-To-Have:

·Understanding of Linux OS & ecosystem

·Understanding of common data encoding formatslike JSON, YAML, XML

·Data & service modeling languages andstandards like YANG & TOSCA
