The Technology Engineering Hub tasked to support the EMEA Field Presales in a diverse number of ways from regional hubs. No travel required as the activities are done remotely for EMEA peers. These range from answering RFx/tenders, creating DEMOs/PoCs, sizing Solutions, delivering Workshops or creating Business Cases. Description What Youll Do Lead and manage a team of Technology License Specialists covering different areas of Oracle Technology Portofolios Middleware( Identity Management,SOA,BPM, Weblogic,Content & Webcenter etc) & Database ( DB security, Data Integration), Analytics Be responsible for career guidance and performance improvement of every individual as a people manager. You will be responsible to recruit people in areas where we have skill gaps, onboard them after them joining us and push them to productive areas according to the business needs. Actively involve with the Regional Technology Specialist managers, EMEA Sales & Strategy Programes team to ensure Alignment to business priorities You will be collaborate closely with HUB Team e.g Cloud Tech, Cloud Systems, P2P and support the hybrid solutions Collaborate closely with PM, Product Development, BDM organisations to drive technical competencies within your team and proactively involve in EMEA programs Manage business performance, utilization and assess competency & business requirements for your License team on regular basis in close collaboration with your manager Foster best practice, knowledge sharing and the creation of re-usable assets within the Technology License pillar team across the organization. Looking for Good understanding Oracles Technology product portfolio / Very good understanding of the current Oracle License Sales Plays Ability to motivate and instill passion to your teams lead by example Proactive, enthusiastic, fast thinker, experienced in working in agile and complex environments Experience in working within or alongside a Pre Sales, Business Development and/or Consulting/SI organization Experience of managing diverse and virtual teams Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in a matrix organisation Adaptable to change and ability to manage change accordingly in a very dynamic environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong collaboration skills and drive for impact and influence Detailed Description and Job Requirements Provides leadership, direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell. As part of the EMEA Oracle Sales team you will manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new programs/initiatives. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers. Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or cloud peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
