Skill Set Generate sales through existing and new leads and opportunities. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales Overcome objections of prospective customers Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss payment terms, and prepare invoices. Acquires new customers from an assigned geography and leads all aspects of the sales process, while calling to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management. Lead day-to-day operations of an inside sales team and create daily accountability for reps and continuously manage the performance and development of team through proper coaching, development, motivation, goal setting and general direction Cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business with existing accounts Develop effective working relationships with customers and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Head - Sales & Marketing Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity Collaborates with Head - Sales & Marketing to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. Select meeting space for all events (space for conferences; and hotels for room blocks Coordinate and negotiate services with all show service providers). Serve as key person to clients, for conference-related queries. Prepare post-event effectiveness report that provides an assessment of performance against objectives based on feedback from attendees and customer event attendance and feedback. Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in implementing solutions. Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company. Taking care of all the payments received at the physical address. To meet clients at the conferences and understand if they have any training requirement at their onsite. Desired Candidate Profile Education & Professional Qualification Graduation; 10 2 3/4 years of formal education Bachelors Degree in business or Equivalent Work experience in Sales or related positions Demonstrate results in meeting Business Development goals & specific business targets Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience using a CRM software to track and analyze business specific metrics Knowledge of the business development & sales process with the ability to understand and interpret specific needs using fact-finding to identify business opportunities Time and priority management skills necessary to complete work within established timeframes Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities Deadline and results oriented, Enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail, Creativity, resourcefulness and an innovative approach Contact Person Chaitra P (HR) Contact Number 91-80-25149510
